   Your personal data will be stored for the periods specified in the relevant legal regulations or as required by the processing purposes mentioned above, and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK once these periods have expired.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Related Person)

   As a data subject (related person), you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law. If you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, our company will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.

   The rights of the data subject (related person) specified in Article 11 of the KVKK include:

   • Learning whether personal data is processed,

   • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

   • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

   • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

   • Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

   • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

   • Objecting to a result that arises against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

   • Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

   To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your request by filling out the form ( KVKK Form ) and personally delivering it to Cevizli Mah. Bağdat Cad. Ethem Güral İş Mrk., No:515/3, 34846 Maltepe - Istanbul, sending it via notary, or sending a signed copy of the form with a secure electronic signature from your registered electronic mail address to info@monotechyapi.com.

   Our company will respond to your requests free of charge within the shortest time and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, the fee determined by the Board will be charged. Additionally, only the part of your applications that concerns you will be answered, and applications made regarding your spouse, relative, or friend will not be accepted.
